UPDATED - we've received word that the official release date for the UK is Friday, 14th November.

Following on from the release of the movie comes two new Clone Wars video games available for the Nintendo Wii and DS.

The Wii version is entitled 'Star Wars: The Clone Wars - Lightsaber Duels' and provides you with the opportunity to wield your own 'lightsaber' as you choose your character and fight in scenes from the movie and forthcoming series.

The DS title is 'Star Wars: The Clone Wars - Jedi Alliance' and provides an original storyline to expand The Clone Wars series.  You are required to pick two Jedi to work as one and can control the movement and fighting with the stylus.  Which combination of Jedi will you set the task of completing each mission?

Both games will be available 11th November 2008 (not sure if this is the UK as well, but we'll update you as soon as we find out)
