George Lucas Presents Indiana Jones and Yoda Statues to San Anselmo

George Lucas stood before hundreds of community members in downtown San Anselmo on June 20, 2013 for the unveiling of a Yoda statue and the world’s first public life-size Indiana Jones statue.

After brief speeches and a dove releasing ceremony involving 18 local children, Lucas and San Anselmo Chamber CEO Connie Rodgers unveiled the bronze statues, the focal point inside a new 8,700-square-foot Imagination Park that was largely a gift from Lucas to the community.
