Marvel’s ‘Darth Vader,’ ‘Kanan’ & ‘Lando’ Win At YALSA Graphic Novels Awards

Marvel’s Darth Vader Volume 1 and 2, Kanan Volume 1, and Lando have been recognised as amongst some of the best graphic novels released in the past year.

Each year, the prestigious Young Adult Library Services Association (YALSA) recognizes some of the best and brightest graphic fiction released across the comics industry. Marvel is pleased to congratulate the creators behind the unprecedented 17 Marvel titles included in this year’s list of Great Graphic Novels for Teens!

“It is both energizing and humbling to have so many Marvel titles included in this year’s list,” says Marvel SVP Sales & Marketing David Gabriel. “From Star Wars to Black Panther to The Vision and beyond, their selections provide a little something for everyone. With so many fantastic titles released in last year from publishers across the industry, we’re honored to be recognized by YALSA yet again.”
