It’s day six of the LEGO Star Wars Advent Calendar 2018, let’s see what’s behind today’s door….

It’s another mini build, featuring Bespin’s Cloud City and an ingenuous 3-piece Storm IV Twin-Pod Cloud Car. Cloud City is instantly recognisable, made up of just 12 pieces (including the stand and arm for the Cloud Car), it’s a very simple but welcome representation of the city. Attached to an arm is a Cloud Car made up of two transparent 1×1 studs attached to a Technic Cross Block/Fork 2×2 in bright red. Since┬áBetrayal at Cloud City (#75222) was released in September there’s been a debate over the colour of the Cloud Car which appears bright red in that set too. At least the representation in the Advent Calendar matches that of Betrayal at Cloud City, even though it should really by a burnt orange colour. That aside, for the size and scale it’s a really simple and good build.

So far this year we’ve not had a build from the same film or TV series. Today’s build changes that, it’s good to see that Cloud City/Cloud Car goes well with yesterday’s IG-88, all making their first appearances in The Empire Strikes Back.

Join us at 5:01pm GMT tomorrow for a look behind door seven.
