George Lucas On Great Form

Fielding a series of questions from a TMZ reporter hiding behind a gaggle of professional autograph hunters who should get a job, Lucas responded with his usual word economy and gave his opinions on Ron Howard as the new Han Solo director (“he will be great”) and how he won’t be getting involved with the film (“Not my job”).

Recorded the day before the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art was confirmed to arrive in LA, Lucas commented on the decision (“There’s nothing I can do, I think they’ve already made their decision”) and on Mark Hamills long-overdue star arriving on the Hollywood Walk of Fame (“I think that’s fine”).

Others might make see it differently but to these eyes, Uncle George is on great form.
