Adam Driver nearly threw up at the Star Wars: The Force Awakens premiere because he hates watching himself on screen.
The actor, who stars as Kylo Ren in the franchise, told The New Yorker that he swore off seeing his own movies because he “hated what [he] did” in Inside Llewyn Davis, the Coen brothers film released two years before.
“I just went totally cold,” he said, recalling the premiere of The Force Awakens. “I knew the scene was coming up where I had to kill Han Solo, and people were, like, hyperventilating when the title came up, and I felt like I had to puke.”
Let’s hope he’s felling better at the upcoming premiere for The Rise of Skywalker.
