Toy Fair 2019 has secured an impressive 81% re-booking rate of returning exhibitors in less than three months since the end of the 2018 show.

Returnees for the 2019 show include Character Options, Spin Master, H Grossman, Ravensburger, Golden Bear, Flair, Orchard Toys, Amerang, Halilit, Fiesta Crafts and Rainbow Designs, to name a few.

Toy Fair will return to Olympia, London from January 22 to 24 next year, welcoming a range of toys, games and hobbies manufacturers and distributors to the show from large renowned brands right through to start-ups.

With 190 applications already submitted for exhibition space, including a high number of new exhibitor enquiries, Toy Fair 2019 looks set to be another busy show, providing a platform for the industry to promote their new products to buyers, retailers, licensors and the media.

Majen Immink, director of fairs and special events, said: “We are very much looking forward to welcoming back such a large number of returning companies, both small and large, to the show.

“It’s encouraging to have received so many applications this early on, and we are extremely appreciative of the support the industry continues to provide the show. We have already received an exciting number of new enquiries and look forward to attracting new faces fro mthe industry to the show as we seek to put on another busy three days, at the heart of the industry’s buying calendar.”

Jamie Dickinson, marketing and display manager, Playmobil, added: “Toy Fair is and always has been an important show for Playmobil, both for independent and national customers as well as the press attendance it receives.

“This is the best opportunity we have to show all the new products we have each year to get confirmed orders and to achieve press coverage of the new lines. We will be back exhibiting at Toy Fair 2019 with lots more exciting launches.”

Rob Trup, brand and marketing manager, Fiesta Crafts, another returnee to the 2019 show, said: “Returning to Toy Fair is always a very easy decision to make. Quality attendees, excellent organisation and most importantly, great for business. See you in 2019.”

Wonder if Hasbro and LEGO will have an official presence at the 2019 show? Somehow I doubt it.
