‘Star Wars’ 40th Anniversary Artist Collection At Uniqlo

Our friends at Uniqlo are celebrating the 40th Anniversary of Star Wars with a brand new artist collection of Star Wars t-shirts, and a special event at their flagship 311 Oxford Street store on May 4th between 6.30-8.30pm.

Star Wars 40th Anniversary Artist Collection – as this year marks the 40th anniversary of the first instalment of the Star Wars saga we have a number of new Star Wars t-shirts that we have worked with 3 artist/designers on. They’re some really nice illustration style designs that are a little bit different. You should be able to find these here.

To celebrate this new range of T-shirts we’re holding a Star Wars 40th Anniversary event with one of the artists who contributed to the project. James Jarvis is a London based artist and designer who will be giving a talk about the collection at the event – details here. Join us on May the 4th for the event at our flagship 311 Oxford Street store. James will deliver a talk on his background and the influences behind his work. The event will run from 6.30-8.30pm in the 3rd and 4th floor LifeWear area of the store.

In addition we’ll also have Star Wars themed activities, refreshments and a competition to win a life size Death Trooper statue supplied to us by Disney. Anyone who attends the event on the 4th can enter into a prize draw to win!
