NYCC 2019: Recap of Hasbro Star Wars Panel

Hasbro held their dedicated Star Wars panel on Sunday at New York Comic Con 2019 and there were several figures reveals that came out of the panel. We attended the panel and tweeted out updates as they were announced. Check out our recap from the panel below!

The new Galaxy of Adventures Luke Skywalker (Jedi Knight) figure that was revealed on Saturday was shown.

The Skywalker Saga 3.75″ Gold Figure 2-Packs that were first announced as part of “Triple Force Friday” are continuing with three new 2-packs:

Prequel Trilogy: Darth Maul & Yoda – Jango Fett & Mace Windu – Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker.
Sequel Trilogy: C-3PO, R2-D2, & BB-8 – Finn & Poe Dameron – Kylo Ren & Rey.

The Vintage Collection

– Luke Skywalker (Yavin) revealed on Saturday which is #151.
– Jawa.
– Princess Leia Organa (Yavin) which replaces the Darth Revan entry in TVC line and is numbered #150.
– Shadow Trooper #163.
– Sith Trooper #162.
– Sith Trooper #162A (Armory Pack) which comes with more weapons (Amazon exclusive).
– 3-pack of figures titled “Cave of Evil” from The Empire Strikes Back (Target exclusive) which includes Luke Skywalker, Yoda, and Darth Vader with Luke’s head.

The Black Series

– Previously seen Jannah (The Rise of Skywalker) and Cara Dune (The Mandalorian).
– First Order Elite Snowtrooper (Target exclusive).

International Figure Updates

– Luke Skywalker (Skywalker Strikes) revealed last month will be coming to the United States.
– A European slip sheet will be included in the US figure releases moving forward to help streamline/improve distribution.
– More Hasbro reveals will be coming at several conventions on the roadmap.
