Pre-Order New Sideshow Sixth Scale Scout Trooper & Speeder Bike Figures

Anybody interested in buying me an extremely late Christmas gift? ‘Cause I got the perfect item in mind. Actually, make that TWO perfect items in mind. Sideshow Collectibles is currently accepting pre-orders for their new Scout Trooper Sixth Scale Figure. This gorgeous figure costs $210 and is slated to begin shipping out to customers sometime during the July 2018 – September 2018 time frame.

Suited for mobility while patrolling the forest moon of Endor, the Scout Trooper Sixth Scale Figure is equipped with a detailed helmet and unique Imperial armor, including front and rear torso armor with a power unit backpack, as well as shoulder, hip, knee, and arm guards. The figure has a black fabric undersuit with a vest and cummerbund pouches.

The Scout Trooper has two pairs of swap-out boots, including standing and action boots. In order to combat the rebel forces, the figure includes a blaster pistol, and seven interchangeable gloved hands including a pair of tight C-grip hands, left loose C-grip hand and pointer hands, and right single and double-finger trigger hands.

Display the Scout Trooper on the black hexagonal support stand, or add the included Endor forest elements to the base for an enhanced environment. Pair the Scout Trooper Sixth Scale Figure with the Speeder Bike accessory, sold separately, to recreate the exhilarating chase scenes from Return of the Jedi.

Of course, what good is a Scout Trooper without his sleek & ultra-fast Speeder Bike? Sideshow has a pre-order link for the Sixth Scale version of the bike up as well. The Speeder Bike runs just under $330 and should start shipping out between March 2018 and April 2018 (odd that the bike will be arriving sooner than the Scout Trooper figure).

The highly-detailed rapid-transport reconnaissance vehicle boasts a sleek design with a military grade repulsor lift engine, power cell, and a simple blaster cannon for defense. Built for maneuverability, it features articulated foot pedals, engine flaps, and steering vanes to achieve the perfect action display, with or without a pilot.

Mounted on a museum-quality base to complete the hover effect, the Sixth Scale Speeder Bike is an essential addition for recreating your favorite scenes from the Battle of Endor.

I’m not sure how these new Scout Trooper and Speeder Bike Sixth Scale editions differ from the ones Sideshow had back in 2014, but they look DAMN GOOD regardless.
