The personal items of the late Carrie Fisher and her mother Debbie Reynolds are due to be auctioned off in late September and my latest article over at The Metro takes a look at some of these wonderfully eclectic items.
The loss of the late Carrie Fisher was an absolute hammer blow to the Star Wars galaxy.
Now fans have the chance to remember the star by buying some of her possessions at an auction, with a portion of the proceeds going to charity.
The many eclectic items in Carrie Fisher’s 1928 hacienda-style 3.5 acre home at 1700 Coldwater Canyon in Los Angeles are set to go to auction on September 23.
Fans can bid on everything from Carrie’s personalised director’s chair from Return Of The Jedi to a life size Princess Leia statue.
The sale is being organised by Los Angeles auction house Profiles in History.
