Promising results for Hasbro ahead of December’s The Force Awakens.

Hasbro has announced a smaller than estimated decline in revenue following strong sales from its Marvel and Jurassic-branded toys.
The movie driven ranges have soared to the top of the company’s lines and Hasbro has revealed $797.7 million in second quarter revenue, a figure that is 4% lower than the $829.3 million recorded during the same time last year. Thomson/Reuters made an estimate of $773.1 million.
Net income for the quarter totalled $41.8 million, resulting in earnings of 33 cents per share, a figure that beat the 29% share Wall Street prediction.
