You’ve got just under two weeks left to get your entries in for Hasbro’s ‘Lightsabre Camera Action’ Mini Movie Awards for the end of September deadline.  So dust off your video camera, or borrow one from a friend, and create your movie but don’t forget you’ve got to use a Hasbro Lightsaber!

Now’s your chance to create your very own little piece of Star Wars history – Hasbro are calling on budding directors to add their own chapter to the greatest sci-fi series of all time.

Last year Hasbro launched Star Wars: Mini Movies in which amateur movie makes were asked to produce a short film using only the iconic range of Hasbro action figures.  It was a huge success and so this year the toy company are appealing to directors young and old to create a live action movie using Hasbro’s Force Action Lightsabers!

For all the rules, category information, prizes, award ceremony details and some sample videos head over to and be sure to get your entry in by 30th September 2007.  The competition has been sponsored by Hasbro, Empire Magazine, Cartoon Network Magazine and Toxic.
